I'm Back...

Well I had been using the blog feature in iWeb on my website to keep a blog on our website ( www.tbwilson.com ) but I cannot add blog entries from anywere but on my Mac at home. So I guess I need to fire this blog back up and start using it instead.

But things are going kind of rocky for us at the moment. Health is an issue for me. I have a bad back (2 bulging disks pinching a nerve (sciatica)) plus recently my blood pressure is out of control. My family has a rough history with heart problems so I guess I am going to have to try to get this under control. Really I have been feeling horrible and I hope this is what is causing this. Nausea, hot & cold flashes, head pain, and disorientation. I already am on thyroid medication and have my blood sugar checked frequently so we will see what happens.

Naomi is doing well progressing through the ranks at Walmart very quickly. She made Manager is less that 8 months and now has 4 direct reports. If we are able to keep her working she will be CEO by 10 years. lol. But she makes the kids and I so proud everyday. He hard work and great attitude keep us going. Even after a hard day she comes home to enjoy us and make dinner. It really has been great.

But Anaya is 2 months into Kindergarden. We just had our first Parent-Teacher Conference to discuss her development and she is going awesome. She is right on track with the other kids and in some cases more advanced. This is great considering she had never spend anytime in any structured environment (ie DayCare or Pre-K). But she is a DRAMA queen just like her mommy and loves to "chat it up" which I can see leading to problems but she is a little girl. Raising a girl is going to become so much more diffecult...

But Dakota has had issue with Anaya leaving for school. He has no one to play with except little Chayton. I feel horrible because he always asked me or Naomi to play with him but usually it is at the most unopertuned time. I know he is lonely and sometime sad which upsets me alot. I am trying to spend more one on one time with him even when Anaya is around. Like this weekend I would like for just him and I to go do some little buddy stuff. Being the middle child is turning out to be tough for him.

Chayton... My tank. What issues he has had and continues to tough through. After over a year of our Pediatrician telling us the his SEVERE Eczema would go away, "He would grow out of it." it did not. So finally they send him out of an allergy panel. They evidently found many food items he is allergic to which is causing his condition. Eggs, Wheat, Nuts, Whey... which really eliminates EVERYTHING premade or boxed. We have been getting him lots of fresh cut fruit/ veggies and grilled meats. We can tell when we find something he is allergic to because he starts itching uncontrollably again. We just do not know what to do for the poor guy.

But as far as everything else life goes on. My 401k is down 41% in the last 2 weeks. Everyone is worried about there money and jobs. Hopefully I will be OK because according to a recent poll the cell phone has become the last item people are willing to part with. They will cancel home phone, cable, and internet all before they cancel there mobile so maybe that provides my company alittle stability. But sure hope anyone who reads this is doing well.
